About the Client

Main & Manor is a boutique property management agency founded by Dominica, driven by a deep desire to transform the property management space. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Dominica built Main & Manor to offer a more personal, high-touch approach, one that treats every property like it's her own.

The business offers a curated suite of services including Portfolio Management, Consulting, a signature Butler Service, Comprehensive Property Analysis, and listings for properties for Rent and Sale. The brand positions itself as a luxury alternative to traditional property management, focused on genuine relationships and exceptional results.

The Challenge

When Dominica came to us, Main & Manor had no real web presence. The existing site was a simple Square Space site. It required Dominica to upload the same content in multiple areas across the site, and was unappealing on mobile. There was no way for potential clients to understand what the brand stood for, what services were on offer, or why Main & Manor was different from every other property management agency out there. And it was a 'nightmare' to operate, wasting valuable hours every week!

The brand's luxury, boutique positioning had nowhere to live online. The site communicated nothing, and in a competitive market, that meant losing leads before a single conversation could begin.

We built a fully custom-coded site that matches the sophistication and confidence of the Main & Manor brand. The new site is luxurious, high-end, and editorial, instantly communicating premium positioning from the first scroll.

The copy leads with Dominica's mission: "A deep desire to transform the property management space." Every section is crafted to build trust, communicate authority, and make it easy for the right clients to take action.

The site works seamlessly in the backend enabling her to post and update new properties in a matter of seconds in one single place.

The site includes a full breakdown of services, Dominica's personal story and credentials, client testimonials, and clear calls to action, turning what was a blank placeholder into a high-performing business asset.
